Wednesday morning, my sister Lisa, called to tell me that if I wanted to get to work on time that I'd better get on the road. She said that the Loganale Chapel, where I'd attended church nearly my whole life, had caught on fire and was destroyed. She further told me that the road had been closed to thru traffic and I'd have to find an alternate route. What a sad situation. Apparently, the fire started somewhere in the back of the building during the early morning hours. The exact cause of the blaze has not been released. Nonetheless, a peice of my life history has been destroyed. The displaced wards are being shuffled around to other buildings. That chapel was one of the more well-known landmarks in the valley.
